First step is Creating a Guild Launch account. Second Step is once you have created an account and verified email and so forth log in. Make sure your user name is displayed in the Top right Corner. Then last of all click the "Apply to Guild" OR the "Have a Launch Code?" As seen in below Picture Then give us some time to actually log in and grant you a member group
