As mentioned in previous communications, we are upgrading our hardware soon. This means we will transition to a new IP address and a new server environment.

When is the upgrade happening?

Our target date is now next Monday, February 10th.

We have reevaluated our schedule and found that changing the upgrade date is in the best interest of our members. Making this transition as smooth as possible is our number one priority, and we will do our best to make sure all the pieces are in place to do that.

What do I need to do?
Some members will need to take action to account for the new IP address. See below for specific details and instructions (if any).

1. Standard member WITHOUT a personalized domain: Your domain is "yourguild.guildlaunch.com", "yourguild.wowlaunch.com" or "yourguild.corplaunch.com".
- No action is needed.
- Your site may experience some downtime on Sunday, February 9th and Monday, February 10th.

In preparation for our full server migration in the next couple weeks, our developers are going to be making some tweaks to the system tomorrow morning from 5 AM to 8 AM EST that may involve system downtime during that period.

This is not the migration itself, just another step in the process. Happy

It may just be a matter of some slowness while they make the upgrades necessary for a smooth transition, but we are planning for system downtime just in case.
